  2. Authorization and Operating Permit Issuance for Swimming Pools and Bathing Places
    1. Initial Operating Permit — $150.00
    2. Operating Permits as indicated below:
    3. Original Operating Permit — Full annual renewal fee if the authorization was issued from July 1st to December 31st; one half the annual fee if the authorization was issued from January 1st to June 30th.
    4. Annual renewal of operating permits:
      1. Pools greater than 25,000 gallons and bathing places — $250.00.
      2. Pools of 25,000 gallons or less — $125.00.
      3. Exempted condominiums with over 32 units — $50.00.
  3. All fees collected pursuant to this subsection shall be deposited in the Public Swimming Pool and Bathing Place Trust Fund under a unique revenue code within the individual county public health fund to be used to meet the cost of carrying out that portion of the Public Swimming Pool and Bathing Place Program described in this chapter. Ten percent of each fee collected by the county public health unit pursuant to section 64E-9.015, shall be transferred to a special account set up by the department's State Health Office to offset the headquarters' cost of providing technical, monitoring, training, standardization, quality assurance and administrative assistance for this program.
  4. Fee payment is not required for a replacement copy of an operating permit or reissuance of an operating permit due to change of ownership or name.
